Scout Stubbs lives on a small farm in Greenbrier where she lives with her husband Eric Stubbs and their 2 girls. She has the opportunity to educate her children at home while running 2 small businesses – Scout Sitter, a dog boarding company and Drippers Vape and Hemp, a chain of retail stores – and caring for their livestock. She believes in subsistence farming and teaching her children self-reliance. Her background includes experience in publicity and music. 

Scout grew up in Batesville, where she was known for her singing career as a teen. She graduated with a degree in Music Business from Middle Tennessee State University outside Nashville, TN. She went to work for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling as a publicist, where she worked with wrestling legends Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, AJ Styles, and others. After living all across the US, she – like Dorothy – realized there’s no place like home. She moved back to Arkansas on a shoestring and started a minimum wage job as a veterinary technician until she met her now husband, Eric. Together they started a business to help people in their community kick the habit of smoking. After many legislative battles, her frustrations turned to action. She now wants to fight for the rights of all business owners and citizens against government overreach and burdensome regulations.

Her daughters are local 4H members, and Scout leads the A State Girls, a subsidiary group to the A State Boys, who raise thousands of dollars per year through dozens of events to support veterans, community fundraisers, and pediatric burn victims.
